This Level 2 - Connoisseur will allow you to deepen your knowledge on various topics such as terroir, vineyard practices, the Champagne making process, and tasting.

It is designed for all professionals working in the wine industry – sommeliers, wine merchants, buyers, journalists, sales agents, tourism professionals, trainers, oenologists, students, etc. – as well as for all wine enthusiasts around the world.

If you are starting your training on the Champagne Education E-Learning platform, please note that each level contains unique content and videos. You may choose to start directly with Level 2 – Connoisseur if you wish, but we recommend beginning with Level 1 – Explorer to ensure you don't miss anything and to learn even more about Champagne.
