Founded in 2003 by Olivier Thiénot, the École des Vins et Spiritueux (School of Wine and Spirits) has established a solid reputation in France and internationally as a leading wine and spirits training institute.

Based in Paris and Lyon, the École des Vins et Spiritueux is also present in Hong Kong with the Ecole du Vin de France® (School of French wines). Over 15,000 students go every year in France, further cementing a community of enthusiasts around the world.

- Understanding and interpreting Champagne wine labels.
